Below, are the common reasons why there are issues when logging into your account for the first time or after you've been able to log in many times before!

 

I 100% understand the frustration!

 

The reasons are most likely a browser issue and not with this course/membership platform.

So, please hold off any angry emails towards me and Kartra!

 

We will do our best to help navigate and quickly solve the issue!

 

Before contacting me directly, please try these troubleshooting tips first.

*** I just wanted to include this here before we get into troubleshooting because sometimes emotions run high and I promise I'm not trying to scam anyone. After trying all the troubleshooting tips below, I will gladly cancel your membership and refund your last payment (if you weren't able to access new recipes or haven't been able to access any of the recipes at all). Since I'm not physically there with you in front of your computer to help resolve the tech issue, it's really out of my hands. I know it's super frustrating and it's frustrating for me too! I want you to be able to enjoy the recipes.

I'm having a baby and may not be able to get back to you asap because i'm in the hospital. After trying the tips below, please contact Kartra directly. I included instructions at the bottom of the page. Thank you!

TROUBLE SHOOTING TIPS


1. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION OR LOGIN INFORMATION


If you're here because you didn't receive your login information, please check your SPAM and promotions folder.

If the welcome, invoice, and login emails aren't in those two places, sometimes email information may have not been entered correctly. This actually happens a lot!

2. ARE YOU LOGGING INTO THE RIGHT MEMBERSHIP PORTAL?

3. TECHNICAL RELATED SUPPORT


Now for the technical support!

Below, are some common tech issues when it comes to logging into your account.

 

  • ARE YOU USING THE SAME EMAIL YOU SIGNED UP WITH?

    I know this may be a silly question, but believe it or not, this happens a lot!

    We all have multiple emails so we sometimes forget which one we used!

    Please reference your login information from the welcome email.

    You can then update your information when you're logged into your account.

     

  • IS YOUR BROWSER UP TO DATE?

    If you haven't updated your browser in a while, you may need to give it a an update so websites can load and work to make your experience the best it can be!

     

  • CLEAR BROWSING HISTORY, COOKIES  and CACHE

    This is the number one reason why you may be experiencing issues logging in.

     

    Please follow these steps below:

     

    1. Clear browsing history, cookies, and cache

     

    2. Close browser

     

    3. Restart your computer

     

    4. Try logging in again

     

  • TRY ANOTHER BROWSER

    Chrome and Safari work great for me and the hundred of members in all Dog Bakery Academy Courses and Recipe Membership.

  • EMAIL MINYOUNG

    If you tried all of the above, please send Minyoung (minyoung@bobbyandbambi.com or minyoung@dogbakeryacademy.com) the email with your login details.

    I will then log into your account on my end. If I am able to login, I will change your password and resend your login details. You can change it again when you're able to log in. This sometimes works!

     

    *I'm having a baby and will not be able to provide support while I'm in the hospital. This can happen anytime from May 14th through June 8th. If you're unable to log into your account, and haven't heard from me within 72 hours , after trying all of the above, please contact Kartra directly (instructions below). Thank you!

  • CONTACT KARTRA

    Time to ask the tech experts. They will most likely have you trouble shoot all of the above or ask you to contact support from your browser. Kartra support may have other tips.
